Korea Made Easy is an independent publication operated by Yongwoo in Seoul. This page explains the standards used to review and improve its guides.

Different kinds of evidence

• Personal visits: a visit date, first-hand note or original photo identifies what I actually observed. One visit does not establish normal crowds, year-round hours or every traveler's experience.
• Official-source checks: operator and government pages support rules, dates and prices. A checked booking rule is not proof that I completed a booking or tested every payment card.
• Planning advice: suggested routes, buffers and decision examples are recommendations. They are separated from published operator schedules and availability.

Sources and changing information

For time-sensitive details, the aim is to link to the relevant primary source and state when it was checked. Older guides are reviewed as information changes or readers report problems. An article's publication date does not mean every service is continuously monitored. Before paying, verify current conditions with the operator.

Source pages can conflict or lag behind a specific notice. A dated closure notice may override general hours. When a claim cannot be confirmed, it should be qualified or removed rather than presented as a measured fact.

AI assistance and responsibility

I use AI tools to assist research, drafting and site maintenance. AI assistance does not count as a personal visit, product test or source verification. I remain responsible for reviewing what is published. The site should not describe generated scenes as documentary photographs.

Images and rights

Original photographs and licensed images are credited where used. An older photograph illustrates its actual location; it is not a live report of foliage, weather or current access. Licensed adaptations carry the required credit and license information.

Affiliate links and paid services

Some links can earn a commission after an eligible purchase. A commission is not evidence of a discount, availability or a guaranteed experience. Official-source links and practical advice remain useful without a purchase. Seoul Trip Check is a separate paid written-review service with its own scope and terms.

Report a correction

Use the Contact page and include the article URL, the statement you believe is wrong and a supporting source or visit date. Please do not send passport numbers, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

I review reports against the available evidence and update material errors when confirmed. A disputed claim may be qualified while it is checked. You can also read the site's Privacy Policy and Terms.
